NASE Supports House Legislation to Overturn DOL Fiduciary Rule
The NASE applauds legislation introduced by Representatives Roskam (R-IL) and Roe (R-TN) that would overturn the Department of Labor's recently enacted fiduciary rule.
While we were disappointed that the Trump Administration moved forward with implementing this rule, it is our hope that Congress works together with the Administration to ensure all American businesses remain strong.
