Multiple Small Business Covid-19 Relief Legislation Introduced

There are two, new additional small business relief measures introduced in hopes of breaking the log jam on Capitol Hill. One, introduced by a bipartisan, bicameral group of lawmakers would provide roughly $900 in relief for small businesses, state and local government and provide dollars for vaccine dissemination. The other, proposed by Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell is estimated at $500B.

$12K in Small Business Growth Grants Awarded by the National Association for the Self-Employed

Three small businesses have been awarded a total of $12,000 in Growth Grants from the National Association for the Self-Employed (NASE), the nation’s leading advocate and resource for the self-employed and micro-business community. These small businesses were announced as third quarter 2020 Growth Grant recipients. July’s Growth Grant was generously sponsored by DELL Small Business. Last year, NASE awarded $48,000 in grants to small businesses across the country and expects to do so again this year.
