Would you consider hiring an employee online? How about all of your employees? According to a survey by Elance, 83 percent of small businesses plan to hire half of their workers online within the next year. 

Small Business Trends argues that flexible hours (even for hourly employees) can make small businesses more productive.

Finally, don't forget that investing in your employees can help your small business succeed!
