Two newspapers accepted and published an NASE op-ed on the importance of small businesses having access to Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs). The NASE has been leading the charge for legislative action to reverse an IRS interpretation of how HRAs can be utilized under the Affordable Care Act. Bipartisan legislation has been introduced in both the Senate and House and we hope with the publication of these op-eds, we will continue to gather congressional support.
