  • File for additional 2-month extension for individual 2000 tax return if you will not be able to meet the August 15 deadline and have previously requested a 4-month extension (Form 2688)

16 Tax Deadlines

  • Partnerships file 2000 return (Form 1065) if you filed an extension
  • For additional 3-month extension, file Form 8800

15 Tax Deadline

  • Last day for filing 2000 individual 1040 if 4-month extension filed
  • Deadline for IRS approval of additional 2-month extension to file individual tax return (Form 2688)
