NASE continues to Advocate for Health Reimbursement Arrangements

In Washington, the NASE continues to advocate for the use of Health Reimbursement Arrangements by the self-employed and micro-business owners as a valuable tool to help them cover the costs of health care costs. IN recent meetings with the Administration, NASE has pointed to the fact that until the Departments of Treasury, Health and Human Services, and Labor, classified HRAs as health insurance in 2015, they were a valuable tool for business owners to leverage. We continue to argue that HRAs are not health insurance and shouldn’t be categorized as such.
