Are your employees sharing company information with "friends" or "followers" that they shouldn't be?  Are you engaging in social media for your business without a social media policy?  Did you know that some people (like the Attorney General of New York State, for example) might not approve of you posting highly favorable fake reviews of your products on fake blogs?  Read the whole list for how to deal with these questions and more.

While social media can certainly be an asset for many businesses, be sure to check out AdAge's list and make sure that your efforts are legally in the clear!
