"should you invest in your child's business?" While not offering advice on assistance with your elementary schooler's lemonade stand, the article does have suggestions for parents whose children have approached them for a significant investment in a business venture.
"Your Money" suggests that parents approach the request (and accompanying business plan) like an outside investor, and ask themselves if they are really investing in a viable new business or if they are just buying their children a job.
