Sales Tax

Sales Tax

Member Benefit Explanation

Many states are passing new remote seller laws after the Supreme Court’s decision in the Wayfair case. Regardless of what happens with proposed federal legislation, NASE experts can help answer your sales tax questions.

NASE is always here to help navigate all your sales tax questions and concerns. This includes the self-employed and microbusinesses.

Sales tax is regulated at the state level, so the same question from two businesses could have a different answer solely based on location.  We have added a specific Sales Tax expert to NASE’s panel of experts to help guide our members through these changes, as well as any other Sales Tax advice needed.  You do not have to face these taxing problems alone, with NASE at your side.

To take advantage of this benefit and others that the NASE has to offer you must be a member.
