While a bipartisan group of senators announced an agreement on COVID relief earlier this week, Congress is now holding up its passage due to partisan bickering over Title 42, which allows for the expulsion of migrants at the border, preventing them from seeking asylum due to the pandemic. Republicans want the Biden-Harris Administration to delay implementing Title 42.
