Posted by Molly Nelson - Healthy habits are important for everyone, but especially for those of us that sit in front of a computer for most of the day.  A little friendly competition can be great motivation, as we saw this past weekend when some members of the NASE's Board of Directors and NASE Staff members got together for an evening 5k road race.  Running is just one route to fitness, so be sure to check out Freelance Folder's handy health tips for freelancers and the Wellness Tools and Resources on the NASE Web site for more ideas!
