Fueling your body with healthy food is going to make you feel better than sugary snacks and energy drinks, and even a small amount of exercise like walking for 20 minutes each day, can give you increased energy and focus. A few NASE Staff members are running a Turkey Trot on Thursday before enjoying their Thanksgiving meals, but don't forget that a little fresh air and exercise is something you can enjoy every day!
