Dr. Jeff Cornwall of The Entrepreneurial Mind cites some interesting research about women entrepreneurs, finding that many "deliberately limit the growth of their businesses to allow themselves time to pursue interests beyond the office."

Small Business Trends reports on changes to the 8(a) set-aside contracting program announced by the SBA. These changes were made to "reduce fraud and make sure contracts go to deserving small businesses."
