Like millions of Americans who run their own businesses, I'm sure you agree that health coverage is one of the most pressing issues business owners face.  The National Association for the Self-Employed (NASE) continually works to collect timely, accurate data that measures how business owners, like you, are dealing with health insurance availability, costs and changes in the law that affect your coverage.

The NASE will utilize this data to educate policymakers on the viewpoint of self-employed Americans and recommend solutions to the hurdles you face with health care. 

This survey should not take more than ten minutes of your time. Your responses are completely anonymous -- all responses will be tabulated by AWP Research, an independent market research firm.  The survey should be completed by the business owner or operator.
