NASE Op-Ed Published in Delaware & Nevada Newspapers

Two newspapers accepted and published an NASE op-ed on the importance of small businesses having access to Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs). The NASE has been leading the charge for legislative action to reverse an IRS interpretation of how HRAs can be utilized under the Affordable Care Act. 

Bipartisan legislation has been introduced in both the Senate and House and we hope with the publication of these op-eds, we will continue to gather congressional support.

    I love this site very much. We are all entitled to our voices and it is about time we know our self-employed rights as humans. Many times people suffer as a result of their own ignorance and I am glad to be visiting the NASE website.  Well done.
