Posted by Kristin Oberlander - If you nothing about me, you know I do love scouring the news for interesting and fun small business stories. Here are my top pics for this week:

  • always has great and quick how to articles. I check them on the regular for posting on the NASE's Facebook page, too. This week's article is on common marketing mistakes.
  • The Washington Post has a dedicated Small Business section that you might like - always topical stuff. This article is on polls indicating the small business vote could be leaning toward Romney.
  • The Wall Street Journal has it's own blog, Accidental Entrepreneur, headed up by the wonderfully informed Sarah Needleman. If you do Twitter, you'd be wise to follow her. She's always got small biz tips and news. Here she is talking about how to get your product noticed online
  • You're the Boss at the New York Times consistently pulls together news roundups that completely blow mine out of the water. They're amazing. (In fact, I should have put this bullet first.)
