NASE Ensures Small Business Protection
In a letter sent to the Senate Banking Committee on Monday, NASE along with 30 other organizations, urged the Senate to ensure that the CFPB is in accordance with the Snowe-Pryor provisions of the Dodd-Frank Act that ensure small businesses are not unjustly burdened with costly regulation.
