Steven Cristol is a business consultant, career coach, singer/songwriter, and former Fortune 50 executive. He has advised some of the world’s most well-known companies, and his previous business books have been published in eleven languages.

Steven is the founder of Strategic Harmony® Partners, a business strategy consultancy. Having previously worked for nine bosses in five companies large and small, including serving as Vice President of Marketing Communications for Pacific Bell (now AT&T) and chief marketing officer for a rapid-growth Silicon Valley startup acquired by Time Warner, he has sustained successful independent work for more than 30 years.

As a sole proprietor he has advised more than 50 innovative companies ranging from global market leaders to rapid-growth technology companies. His patented Strategic Harmony® method for evaluating and prioritizing alternatives has also been used in coaching people through making choices about work and career that will best serve their authentic selves.
