US House of Representatives Passes HRA Legislation

On Tuesday, June 21, 2016, the United States House of Representatives passed H.R. 5447, Small Business Health Care Relief Act, by voice vote. This common sense, bipartisan legislation allows for small businesses with 49 or less employees to offer health reimbursement arrangements to their employees. The bill will now be considered by the US Senate.

We would like to thank Congressman Boustany (R-LA) and Thompson (D-CA) for their leadership and passion on this important piece of legislation.
