NASE Applauds Small Business Tax Bill Introduced by Chairman Chabot

The NASE enthusiastically supports H.R. 3717, the Small Business Owners’ Tax Simplification Act, introduced by House Small Business Committee chairman Steve Chabot (R-OH) and ranking member Nydia Velázquez (D-NY).

For nearly a year, the NASE has worked closely with the House Small Business Committee staff on many of the key components that were included in the final legislation.

"This is a prime example of what happens with a group of bi-partisan lawmakers and subject matter experts come together to find ways in which we can simplify the lives of the millions of small business owners through small changes to the tax code and tax filing process," said Keith Hall, NASE CEO & President.

We look forward to supporting the committee's effort to push the legislation forward and positively impact the lives of millions of self-employed business owners.
